DVSCP offers free and confidential programs and services to any adult and their dependent children experiencing abuse. Services are provided to residents of Cumberland and Perry Counties and include a 24-Hour Crisis Hotline (call or text), Emergency Shelter, Adult and Youth Empowerment Counseling and Support Groups, Medical and Legal Advocacy, Education and Outreach, and AMEND – A Batterers’ Intervention Program.
