Are you a domestic violence survivor looking to make a difference? DVSCP is creating a Survivor Advisory Board (SAB) to bring together survivors of domestic violence to share their insights, advocate for change, and guide DVSCP’s mission to create survivor-centered programs and policies.
Board Expectations:
DVSCP will always respect the privacy of all SAB members. Meetings and discussions are conducted in a safe, confidential environment. All participation and sharing of personal experiences will always be optional and never required.

When you make a gift to our agency, you can trust that 100% of it will be used in a responsible manner. In fact, for every $1.00 donated to DVSCP, $0.88 goes to our free programs and services. According to Boyer & Ritter, LLC, Certified Public Accountants, human service nonprofits have an expense ratio of 65-70%; DVSCP’s ratio is 88%.
Giving back your time can be rather rewarding. Select from opportunities that include helping at a community event, at the shelter, or serve on our board.
Since January 2023, group and individual volunteers have provided meals for our support group clients through our Share a Meal at the Shelter program! Thanks to their generosity, our clients were able to not only enjoy a nutritious meal, but also community, friendship and a safe place to relax. We’re looking forward to continuing this program, but we need your help!
Click the button below to sign up for a lunch or dinner volunteer opportunity! Volunteers can either make a homemade meal or provide a takeout option. Those interested should plan to serve 10 adults, unless otherwise notified by the coordinator. Volunteers will have access to our full kitchen to prep and cook the meal onsite, if needed.
